Another month whizzed by and we are already into July!
What happened in June? Well lots happened before going away for a rest and holiday!

“Step in Stone” click here is nearing the launch (July) so lots more to try out and work on. I visited Fairy Cave quarry to try out a possible installation piece in the quarry. The area looked so different from earlier in the year with new flowers and lots of bright green leaves on the trees! I pictures (above) of the trials that day – also met with fellow artists trying out sites for music and false boulders!
I was also busy both attending workshops myself and facilitating them. The picture below shows creations from a schools “Art Day”. The “poppies” were to be displayed in the school foyer before being taken home!

The next exciting event was installing the “Homegrown Exhibition” at Salisbury Arts Centre – the title this year being “Worth Fighting For”. See my previous Blog for more info. Just a photo to remind you of the felters (Suzie Gutteridge Felting Course) contribution!
