Looking Back on May 2015

This month started with my participation in Mayfly 2015.  Thank you to those who managed to come and visit – hopefully it was an enjoyable and fun experience and to those who organised it!

Fun, Friendly Felting saw a re-emergence at the new venue of 21a New Street, with participants joining in a small session learning new skills making  nuno scarfs – thank you to the ladies who came and participated and created such lovely scarfs!

The project I am involved in “stepinstone” continues with lots of samples and trials in the quarries.  Here’s a small snapshot of what I have been busy doing this month!

As you can see, I have my trusted “helper” to keep check on things!

Now busy preparing for the Salisbury Arts Centre “Homegrown” Exhibition entitled “Worth Fighting For” this year.  Watch this space next month for some pictures.  The exhibition is a showcase for all the courses that have been running at the Arts Centre and is open from Monday 15 June.  Go and have a look, you will be amazed!

That’s about it for this month.

Watch my blog for the latest dates and projects planned this side of September.
