Looking back on the month of July

Despite the weather, it’s been a busy month!

  • step in stone”  – Salisbury Arts Centre  from 18 August – 24 September 2016


An exhibition which tells the story of a unique event held in the summer of 2015 to create a series of site-specific artworks related to quarries. The exhibition comprises the work of fourteen artists with connections to South West England including two from Wiltshire and from as far afield as Norway and Australia.

The artists created a series of site specific artworks in response to the nature of quarries and their place in the environmental, cultural and industrial heritage of the region.
