Binding the Past To The Present has found a new home, but has gone home!! The puttees are being exhibited at Coldharbour Mill, Devon.
The home of the puttee, Coldharbour Mill was one of the mills owned by Fox Bros, Wellington, at which the puttees were originally made. A fascinating place to visit, lovely spot to sit and have a coffee, lots going on and very friendly staff.
The 100 puttees will be exhibited until September this year and were featured during this weekends International Feltmakers AGM weekend. Approx 80 felters from UK and abroad joined together to meet, listen, eat, participate and learn.
